Never started one of these before. And, who knows where this will lead!
i am silkieboy, and belong to my loving Lady Melissa. i am hoping to learn much about the feminization of man and how this can help in relationships. As well, i would like this to be a forum where men who love their Feminine side and Women that love men such as this can speak freely and feel good.
Thanks! And, have fun!

Re: Welcome everyone!
Tue, June 7, 2005 - 8:01 AMAny time unspoken desires and hidden wishes are expressed, something wonderful and transforming happens. As the recipient of silkieboy's submission and devotion, I have experience his worship of Womanhood first hand. And as I see him blossoming under my acceptance of all that he is, I am excited to see where his passions and dreams will lead.
Does it excite me to see him in lingerie, all waxed and smooth and powdered and sweet? Oh yes! But it excites me more to see the joy on his face as he embraces the feminine side of himself. I look forward to hearing how others have experienced such a transformation, or of how they have struggled with acceptance either within themselves or from others. I hope others will share with us so we can learn and grow.
Cheers!

Wed, June 8, 2005 - 11:39 AMGreetigns everyone. I'm still a little new to tribe.net in general. The tribe itself intrigued me, so when the offer was made I couldn't resist. I don't really believe in the feminization of man. Infact I have ideas quite to the contrary. However I love exchaning ideas in a discussion form. Thanks for starting this tribe!
Looking foward to further interaction :)

Re: Welcome everyone!
Sat, June 11, 2005 - 9:45 PMok, ideas to the contrary:
It has been my experience that feminizing a man is not a good idea. I have observed many relationships were it was unsatisfactory for both the man and the woman involved. Now, keep in mind i speak on a general basis. this in no way applies to ALL males.
Men because they are men, at a certain level, resent a woman being in control. (some chalk it up to testosterone) Women, to combat this, resent men who cannot take control, and end up comensating for what they see lacking in a man. Needless to say, niether one ends up happy.
You hear the comment all the time "I thought I had a 'real' man"
On the part of the lifestyle, I have observed many males who are submissives, but in every essence, MALE. There is nothing feminine about them. And I know for a fact, if they were to become feminized, their Mistress would lose respect for them, and they for themselves.
No, this isn't an old fasioned idea. Nor am I saying men who are feminzed cannot be happy, i'm simply refuting the idea that all men who would submit to a woman would be better off being femenized.
Now... on the flip side of the coin where as Master/slave - M to F; you know that ain't gonna happen. the relationship itself would break. she (being the sub) could absolutely, under no surcumstances, tolerate him being less than a man. and Many would not undertake the obligation of having a sub/slave without at least feeling that they are one.
I understand in this day and age that many are encouraged to explore. and I'm all for that. But nature has it's own order of things. And sometimes to fight against that can border on foolishness.
But i'm biased, heh. I prefer my men to be MEN. I won't settle for less.

Re: Welcome everyone!
Tue, June 14, 2005 - 11:33 PMThank-You Chellie! Your retort contained much insight and sensitivty.
Let me now get up on my soapbox...
Well! i feel good that i have started a constructive dialog about my feelings! :)
i am a business owner (Computer Support and Services Company - daycs.com) and also the Pres and Chair for a Non-Profit Association that fights obscenity and the exploitation of children on the Internet. (opact.org) The reason that i say this is to illustrate that i do have a very strong intellect, much professional drive and envisioning and great leadership skills. (did i mention i am also very humble! hee hee)
i think things through very deeply and entirely - i am also a Scorpio six times over and two days from 7 times over. That is almost unheard of. I also professionally tested as a genius in a controlled certified IQ test. (and with this, i still had to look up the correct spelling of "genius"! Go figure!)
No, please, please do not feel that i am bragging in any way. What i am trying to lead up to is the simple fact that i am a very well adjusted man and one that apparently over achieves in most efforts. Yet, i still have a very intense and passionate feeling inside of me that causes me to worship the Female Form and the beautiful qualities She possesses. Are all Women of the same caliber? Absolutely not. It is the Ones that have discovered the Goddess within, nurtured the God given beauty and wisdom (i apologize if my non-secular beliefs are contrary to any or all of You - please accept my apology up front.)
i truly believe with all my heart, with my strong soul and through my clear reasoning that Women are better equipped (i hate to use the word "Superior" as it seems to indicate a message that transcends what i am attempting to express.) to handle life's offerings and trials. She can multitask much better. She can give life where there once was none. She can inherently utilize an exquisite intuitive sense about Her loved ones. She has a beauty that is unmatched on this Earth.
i could go on and on. If You do feel to the contrary - i may respectfully challenge You to better invest in Yourself and listen to Your Goddess within and let Her emerge through You.
It is an extraordinary event - one that almost matches, if not succeeds Religious (what ever Your Religion orientation may be) revelation and rebirth.
No one can take away my awe, respect and admiration of Woman. No one can also take away my sorrow and disappointment in those that do not get in touch with Her inner Goddess.
The best that i can do as a man is learn and grow in the warm shadow of my Lady Melissa and allow my self to lay down my pride and allow myself to grow as a submissive and loving man for Her so that She also is completed.
i yearn for the Feminization of myself. i respect the Women in my life and am not afraid to show that. The more that i am Feminized and am allowed to let out my Feminininity, the more balanced, confident and complete i feel. i am a very tender and romantic man; i am extremely giving and am willing to sacrifice much of myself for the betterment and security of the ones i love and cherish. Sound familiar? This is a brief description of most Women i know. Though, these traits are inherent to their existance. She may need to learn to release these traits and use them in a way that only a Woman can - but She does not need to learn how to do these things. man, however in my opinion, often does have to learn these traits and most often emulates the Women in his life. He sees Them as role models of exactly what he yearns to express. But, most often, he simply does not know how.
i welcome my Femininity and am indebted to my Domme for not only understanding my needs and desires - but helps in developing them and nurturing them so they may grow and further develop my complete being.
Thank You all for Your insightful comments! Every one of them are helping in some way.
It is somewhat the quandary of understanding why we love chocolate so much. We know the feeling is there and no one can take that away. But why? What possesses our mind, emotions and soul to become so captivated with the Female entity?
Maybe no one really knows. Maybe there is no answer. Maybe our indecision as to a cause and effect is in reality the answer.
It may be mystical and untouchable.
And, i adore it.
With utmost respect,
silkieboy

Re: Welcome everyone!
Tue, June 14, 2005 - 11:40 PMPardon another intrusion on the Topic. But there was one comment that did somewhat disturb me and if i may address it.
"But i'm biased, heh. I prefer my men to be MEN. I won't settle for less."
i am a man. i am a near complete man. i also am gifted to not only possess, but act upon the Feminine side of my body and soul.
i feel that it is with only the Grace of God that i was infused with a strong Feminine side.
Does Feminization of man mean that the masculing traits and behaviors are taken away? Not in my opinion and not the welcoming credo of this Tribe.
my opinion is that a man is not fully complete unless he feeds off of the Feminine side and nurtures it so that it may fourish and ENHANCE his positive traits and soften his approach to life and love through gained sensitivity and wisdom bestowed upon the Women in our lives.
am i a man? You better believe it. As well, i am a better man than befrore for enbracing the birth and development of the Femininity within. And, every Woman should not settle for anything less.
Most respectfully,
silkieboy -

Re: Welcome everyone!
Sun, June 19, 2005 - 2:21 PMimho, what makes a man, a real man isn't his personal prefrences. It is in how he treats others, and what he finds amusing, and how he prioritizes the important things in his life.
as the saying goes, "Not wise to snicker at a man who wears a pink shirt in public"
One indeed has to be a man before being anything else, wether it be a Master, a sissy, or a submissive. There are just too many men i have met that could not pull it off, yet they adore being femenized, they seem to emitt the strength of neither gender.
I have always been of the opinion that women, on a general basis, are more adept at handling things. A world ruled by women would fare no better or worse, than a world ruled by men. However, a world Dominanted by women would be a less happier place to live, than a world Dominated by men. Because women have special talents, when they go bad, it is worse than when a guy decides to turn sour. In my experience, many women are conniving, devious, manipulative, self-delusional, and many do not know what they want. The world Dominated by women might be a very miserable place to live in, even if the men adore them. - of course, keep in mind this is just merely my opinion ::grins::
